Saath aims at providing a platform for lubricating the process of getting jobs for the unemployed by providing them with exposure to employment-seeking organisations.
In India, there are several unemployed youth (18-35 years of age) in the urban centres, struggling to find a job. The reason for not being able to find a job may be innumerable, from lacking resources to shortage of contacts. But exposure to the outside jobs is the most required to these people.
Saath records information of its clients including their qualifications,, desired jobs etc. and forms contacts with several employment-seeking organisations. Based on the information and needs of the clients as well as the organisations, Saath then suggests its clients employment-seeking organisations that would fit their needs and qualifications.
